Spent xmas at a hotel that stood out in terms of location. It was situated close to famous tourist spots, and we enjoyed exploring them. the staff was friendly and professional. the room service was quick and efficient, and the rooms were clean.

The bathroom was small and in poor condition. There were cracks in the tiles, and the showerhead was broken.

it was decidedly a decent base for family. location, a short walk to all attractions. stay there and enjoy your mahabaleshwar city break.

Christmas at this hotel was great! The rooms were clean and tidy, with fresh linens and towels. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, with a beautiful view of the mountains and easy access to the local attractions. The pool was also clean and well-maintained.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The hotel seemed understaffed and at times service was slow.
